A hidden gem. The warm welcome we received from the staff was outstanding. We loved the cultural center and the beautiful lake nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the local food and loved exploring the plaza and museums.
Limited access. It was frustrating to have to ask for permission to come and go after 10 pm.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and at a very good price. the hotel is located close to a beautiful plaza with lots to see and do. It was a great place to stay for business.
It was inconvenient to have to ask the staff to let me in and out late at night. It made me feel like I was being locked in.

This hidden treasure exceeded our expectations. the welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. the location couldn't be more perfect, with a beautiful plaza, cultural center, and local museum nearby. the hotel's reasonable price sealed the deal, and we enjoyed waking up to breakfast in the cozy on-site restaurant. The warm welcome from Senor Jorge and Senor Enrique made us feel right at home. The hotel's location near Lake Chapala and the beautiful plaza was a bonus.
